Pierogy Pot Pie
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
1 pkg Mrs. T's Pierogies Butter flavored non-stick cooking spray 1 (8 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables 3/4 lb. rinsed uncooked chicken tenders 1 (12 oz.) jar slow roasted chicken gravy
Thaw pierogies in hot tap water for 6-8 minutes. Spray a deep pie dish or casserole with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange 6 pierogies in the bottom of the dish, in pinwheel style. Place frozen mixed vegetables evenly over the bottm layer of pierogies. Arrange chicken tenders over the vegetables. Spoon gravy evenly over the chicken and vegetables. Top the pie with remaining 6 pierogies, placed flat in pinwheel style. Spray pierogies lightly with cooking spay. Bake uncovered on the top shelf of a preheated 400 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
