Minimum Purchase Requirement

Product orders must include a minimum of 12 items. Based on current pricing, the minimum product order price is $36 (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling fees). Merchandise orders can include a minimum of 1 item. Based on current pricing, the minimum merchandise order price is $8 (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling fees).

Delivery

Mrs. T’s food products are shipped in reusable Styrofoam containers packed with cooler blocks which are designed to maintain the highest quality and freshness. Orders received prior to 12:00 P.M. E.T. Monday through Wednesday, will ship next day via overnight service to arrive at your location on the next day. Orders received after 12:00 P.M. E.T. Wednesday through Sunday, will ship on Monday via overnight service to arrive at your location on Tuesday. (If order is received on a holiday, the next business day will be used for purposes of determining date of shipment).

Products ordered from the Site will only be delivered within the 50 United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery of products ordered from this Site shall be made in accordance with Ateeco’s delivery policies in effect on the date of shipment. Ateeco may divide your order into multiple shipments (thereby incurring additional shipping and handling fees and/or taxes) at its sole discretion. Risk of loss to the products shall pass from Ateeco to you on shipment from Ateeco’s facilities. This means that once your order has left Ateeco’s facilities, you (NOT Ateeco) will be responsible for any damage or other loss to your order. Ateeco shall not be liable for any delayed, lost, damaged or mishandled shipments, regardless of cause. In all such cases, you agree that your sole recourse will be against the overnight delivery service responsible for shipping the product to you. Ateeco may assist you in filing a claim with the overnight delivery service, but such assistance is provided merely as a courtesy by Ateeco and does not in any way impute any liability to Ateeco or otherwise alter the foregoing provisions whereby Ateeco is immune from any liability in conjunction with the shipping of the product.

All sales via the Site come with Mrs. T’s 100 percent unconditional guarantee as to product quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (including if you believe that there was an error in the contents of your shipment), please contact us immediately by calling toll-free 1-800-233-3170 or e-mailing ConsumerContact@pierogies.com. Mrs. T’s will replace the product(s) or refund the price of your purchase (excluding applicable taxes and shipping/handling fees). When making such requests, please include the Order Number, Bill to Name, and Bill to Address, as well as the part(s) of your order that you are not satisfied with. Ateeco reserves the right to request additional information (e.g., proof of purchase) as a precondition to product replacement/issuance of refund.

Price and Payment

Terms of payment are within Ateeco’s sole discretion. Payment must be received in full by Ateeco prior to Ateeco’s acceptance of an Order from You. Payment for products must be made via credit card, by the authorized holder of the credit card. As between Ateeco and you, you are solely responsible for products purchased using your credit card even if such purchases were not authorized. If credit card payment is refused for any reason, Order will not be accepted and Ateeco shall have no liability to you. No coupons or discounts will be accepted except as expressly permitted by Ateeco in its sole discretion, as set forth on the Site. No Order shall be binding upon Ateeco until accepted by Ateeco. Product and pricing data may change without notice. Final pricing on your Order is effective on the date that payment for the Order has been received. Separate charges for shipping and handling may be charged by Ateeco. You are solely responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with your Order.

Ateeco Products

Ateeco’s obligations and responsibilities regarding its products are governed by these Terms and by Ateeco’s Sale Terms. Copies of such Sale Terms are available from Ateeco and shall control the terms of any product sales in the event they differ from these Terms (or any other Terms set forth on this Site).
