Seafood Salad

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (12.84 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Cheese Mini Pierogies
1 large tomato (chopped)
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) bagged fresh veggie blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 cup of cooked baby salad shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Thaw pierogies in hot tap water 5 minutes. Toss thawed pierogies with Italian dressing. Mix in vegetables and shrimp. Season with pepper. Add lemon juice. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Stir Fry Pierogies with Veggies and Cooked Chicken Strips
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 12-15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
¼ tsp. minced garlic
1 (14-16 oz.) bag oriental frozen vegetables
1 cup cooked chicken strips
Salt & pepper to taste
Low Sodium Soy Sauce to taste (optional)
Directions:
In butter or olive oil, with minced garlic, sauté pierogies according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables until tender-crisp. Fold in chicken strips. Season with soy sauce, heat thoroughly (5-10 minutes).
Grilled Pierogies with Shrimp and Broccoli
Preparation time: 12 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
¼ cup olive oil
2 cups large frozen shrimp
1 cup frozen broccoli florets
1 tsp. of minced garlic
Directions:
Toss frozen pierogies, shrimp, broccoli and minced garlic with olive oil. Wrap in aluminum foil pouch and place on outdoor grill on medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes).
