Italian Roasted Mini Pierogies

1 bag (100 ct.)Mrs. T's Mini Pierogies
5 to 5 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 to 2 cups dry Italian bread crumbs
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese






Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a medium bowl combine egg with 1/4 Cup water. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Coat Mini Pierogies with egg mixture first, then with bread crumbs. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake until crisp and golden (about 15 to 20 minutes), turning once.
